Using Sprachprep

Sprachprep is a study tool for Goethe A1–B1 exam preparation. It is not affiliated with the Goethe-Institut, and results here are not a guarantee of exam performance.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

AI-generated content

Explanations, writing feedback, and progress insights are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be wrong. Use judgment, and treat exam-relevant content as a study aid, not an authoritative source.

Premium subscriptions & billing

Premium subscriptions are billed and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens Lemon Squeezy's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a payment fails, we'll retry per Lemon Squeezy's standard retry schedule; if it keeps failing, your subscription may lapse to the free tier.

Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@sprachprep.app within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and don't automatically end an active subscription; cancel separately if you also want to stop future renewals.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material changes will be noted on this page.
